The company fully implements the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, with strict control throughout the entire process from product design, raw material procurement, manufacturing, to final inspection. Equipped with SMT cleanrooms, automatic insertion lines, and advanced automated production and testing equipment, we ensure quality stability and traceability at every step. The entire production process adopts RoHS-compliant lead-free processes, and products meet EU WEEE, RoHS, and REACH environmental standards.

    Digital-driven Management

LVSUN actively promotes digital transformation, leveraging its MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real-time monitoring, data collection, and process control, building a "paperless, visual, and traceable" smart manufacturing system. The MES system effectively bridges information gaps across production planning, material management, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection, enabling closed-loop management throughout the production process, significantly improving production efficiency and quality control.
