Responsibility, Unity, Collaboration — LVSUN Group's 2014 Executive Outdoor Team-Building

To strengthen cohesion and build a united, bold and passionate team, LVSUN Group organized 35 executives for outdoor development training themed 'Responsibility, Unity, Collaboration' at the Nan'ao training base in Shenzhen on August 16–17.

During the training, participants cooperated, took responsibility, gave willingly and surpassed themselves, completing a series of demanding challenges — 'Speed and Passion,' 'Tangram,' 'Same-Heart Shoes,' 'Trust Fall,' 'Water Journey,' the 9-meter high broken bridge and the 'Graduation Wall' — writing a song of youth with sweat, wisdom and courage. With encouragement from teammates, even the timid took a big step forward.

Through the training, everyone realized that outdoor development is not simply about sweating outdoors — more importantly, it lights the flame of passion amid nature, tempers the will, deepens friendship between departments, improves communication and execution, and strengthens a sense of responsibility. Participants said they would meet future work challenges with greater enthusiasm and in better form.
